Breast Is Best….For Me At Least

I don’t get into the drama of which is better, formula or breast milk-I used both on the other kids and they turned out just fine (or so I think). I nursed Kayden for close to a year and with Kennedy, I quit early because I heard the milk would taste funny when you started working out. I’m still fat so obviously that plan didn’t work out. I’m amazed at how much Kai has grown and all from my breast milk. When I feed her it’s just she and I canoodling and bonding with each other.
