Culture Noir: Woodward’s Gripe Water
The Trinidadians have a few remedies for colic and of the two I’ve tried, I prefer the gripe water seen below. (I’ve also tried red lavender oil around the navel and on the feet). I was told once that boys get colic more than girls but Kai seems to be just as gassy as Kayden was, if not more. For now, this is what I’m using and hopefully if I can get her to not spit it out, I’ll see some results.
