Notice Anything Different?
If you’ve had a baby, I am sure you know that your body undergoes significant changes after childbirth. But what about these weird things that I am attributing to post-pregnancy. My feet did grow and I heard that would happen (which reminds me, stay tuned for my Ebay sale of my size 10′s that no longer fit) but did you notice anything different that ummm is not so much discussed?
Here are a few of mine:
- I think my uterus has tremors. Seriously, it’s not gas, it’s actual movement like there is a baby moving around in there. Random vibrations that make me look down and wonder if I should be on an episode of “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant”. Trouble is, it has been happening for longer than a normal pregnancy so unless the baby is walking around in there now, it has to be a post-pregnancy thing.
- My ears now have significantly more wax in them. I know this one sounds crazy but I use a q-tip like I have OCD now due to the wax increase. Don’t let me be alone here…anyone?
- Last but certainly not least, brace yourself. I can’t pee straight. I look to check alignment while peeing, I focus really hard, I actually meditated once on it but no dice. Due to the babies, I cannot pee straight. (this is while squatting over a public toilet) When seated at home, I pay no attention to how or where the pee is going.
I cannot possibly be alone here. Any other weird but true post pregnancy discoveries?
