We All Want The Best For Our Kids
Don’t we? Since I have little ones, I’ve been wondering: Am I the only mom trying to get them involved in as many activities as possible so they find their skill and hone in on it? I have been occupying their little social calendars with everything from music lessons to sports. I’m even trying to find a dance school for the baby-yes she’s only one but it’s never too early…right? I have long believed that you could be born with a natural talent for something but for those who aren’t, if you start early enough you can master it.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not trying to swarm them with things because quite honestly, it would be me taking them to and from all of these events. Mommy needs her alone time! Sigh, I just want them to have maximum exposure to as many things as possible and be something great. What are some of the things you are doing with your kids to keep them busy? My boys finally start music lessons tonight. If it’s not too noisy, I will video tape the first one and share it. Fingers crossed!
