in the garden | containers & flowers
I don’t know if I mentioned that THIS is the year that I’m really serious about my gardening. I invested in a lot of bulbs which are already in the ground and flats which all have been planted. Gardening has become a bad habit, in that, I can no longer just go to the nursery to peruse-I always buy a ton of plants. Hubby always jokes when he hears mom and I are going out on Sundays. He’ll say something slick like “try to leave plants for other customers.” I seriously do try.
I stopped and spoke with a woman who’s home is just gorgeous with all these gardens and I invited her to our local nursery’s garden stroll next week. If you haven’t approached random people and engaged them in conversation or even invited them out, then you aren’t living honey. She said yes and I can’t wait to share a few more pics of what I see there that I may buy (next year). In the meantime, here’s what I have going on at home so far:
