Giving This Egg Cracker A Try
So if you’ve ever seen an episode of Mom Noir Cooks, (well it’s only really been one episode on my Ustream channel-but we’re coming back in the fall), you would know I enjoy baking with the kids. My wifey, Ina Garten, has told me on numerous occasions to crack each egg separately, that way if there is a bad egg or shells, I don’t have to dump the whole bowl of eggs. No matter how hard I try, I somehow always get a piece of shell in the bowl. I think this new tool may help me out.
The EZ Cracker cracks eggs without any mess or bits of shell. An attachment makes separating egg whites from yolks simple too. Ever get tired of stripping boiled eggs-this does that too. I’m picking one up tonight and look for an update soon on my thoughts.
